Bowlly processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information pursuant to laws and regulations or the period of retention and use of personal information agreed upon when collecting personal information from the information subject.

  • Click logging data: 90 days (automatically deleted based on TTL)
  • Access logs: 1 year
  • Cookies: Until session ends or maximum 1 year

4. Provision to Third Parties

Bowlly does not provide personal information to third parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:

  • When required by law for investigation or inquiry purposes by relevant agencies
  • When provided in a form that cannot identify specific individuals for statistical or academic research purposes

You may exercise the above rights through written form, email, or fax in accordance with Article 41, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and Bowlly will take action without delay.

Bowlly takes the following measures to ensure personal information security:

  • Administrative measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular employee training
  • Technical measures: Access control management for personal information processing systems, installation of access control systems, encryption of unique identification information, installation of security programs
  • Physical measures: Access control for computer rooms, data storage rooms, etc.

7. Cookie Operation and Rejection

Bowlly may use cookies to provide services. Cookies are small text files that are automatically created when you visit a website and stored on your device.

  • Purpose of cookie use: Service usage statistics analysis, user experience improvement
  • Cookie rejection: You can refuse to store cookies in your browser settings, but this may limit the use of some services.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

This privacy policy takes effect on January 15, 2026. If there are additions, deletions, or modifications to the content due to changes in laws, policies, or security technology, we will notify you through the homepage notice 7 days before the implementation of the changes.
